OUR PROVIDERS

Rose Briglevich, M.D.

Our founder, Dr. Rose Briglevich, M.D., is an Internal Medicine physician who has devoted more than 30 years to caring for patients. With medical training in both the United States and Europe, she brings extensive clinical experience, a global perspective, and a deeply personal approach to the practice of medicine.

Known for her knowledge, compassion, and thoroughness, she takes the time to understand the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. Her approach emphasizes preventive medicine, wellness, and early detection, while her extensive experience in Internal Medicine allows her to provide thoughtful diagnosis and comprehensive management of complex and chronic conditions.

At the heart of her practice is a simple philosophy: exceptional healthcare begins with knowing the patient. She believes in building meaningful, long-term relationships and creating individualized care plans that reflect each patient’s health needs, lifestyle, and goals.

For patients seeking a more personalized healthcare experience, she also offers a Concierge Medical Program, designed to provide highly customized care, enhanced accessibility, and a more dedicated physician-patient relationship.

After more than three decades in medicine, her passion remains unchanged: to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care and help every patient achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Gina Keller, M.S.N., AGNP-C

Gina Keller is a compassionate Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare. She is dedicated to providing personalized primary care and building lasting relationships with her patients.

Gina believes in listening closely, understanding each patient’s unique needs, and partnering with them to achieve better health. Her areas of focus include preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s and men’s health, weight management, lifestyle counseling, and mental health support.

Known for her warm and approachable style, Gina is committed to making every patient feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.

Caleb Magistro, AGNP-C

With more than 10 years of experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, Caleb brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping patients live healthier lives. As a primary care provider, he believes great healthcare starts with listening—taking the time to understand each patient as an individual and working together to create a plan that fits their needs and goals.

Caleb provides comprehensive primary care for adults, with a focus on preventive health, the management of acute and chronic health conditions, sexual and mental health. He takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to every visit and strives to make patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
